1、 Process and principle of black purification system for roasting furnace flue gas
The black method purification system for roasting furnace flue gas - asphalt flue gas black method adsorption purification system uses roasting furnace filling material dust collection powder as adsorbent (calcined coke powder or metallurgical coke powder, lime powder, etc. can also be used). After being collected in the workshop, the flue gas enters the fire extinguishing evaporative cooling tower through the flue gas for cooling and extinguishing with sparks. The flue gas temperature is controlled and enters the flue gas wide reactor. The adsorbent added from top to bottom in the wide reactor fully merges, contacts, and adsorbs with the flue gas from bottom to top. The principle is to use carbon powder with a large specific surface area to adsorb tar and other pollutants in the flue gas under the action of van der Waals force. After the adsorption reaction, the adsorbent rises with the flue gas through the pipeline and enters the bag filter for gas-solid separation. The filtered and captured dust enters the dust hopper of the dust collector, and a part is returned to the reactor for cyclic adsorption and use through the chute. Another part is transported by the conveying equipment to the return bin for storage; The filtered clean flue gas is discharged from the outlet of the dust collector and enters the rear pressurized fan before being blown into the rear desulfurization and purification process.
The adsorbent comes from the dust collection powder generated during the operation of the multifunctional overhead crane in the workshop. Fresh carbon powder is transported to the fresh carbon powder storage bin of the purification system by pneumatic conveying. After adsorbing tar, the carbon powder is stored in the return bin and can be used as fuel for power plants or prepared into 5-8mm spherical coke powder as a filling material for the roasting furnace through the ball making process. It is further mixed with fresh filling material for use (the adsorbent is metallurgical coke dust collection powder, and when using desulfurizing agent limestone or lime powder, a regeneration device is required for high-temperature incineration regeneration of the adsorbent).

After the workshop flue gas is collected, it enters the fire extinguishing and evaporative cooling tower through the flue gas duct for fire extinguishing and cooling, and then enters the wide reactor. The carbon powder added from top to bottom in the wide reactor is fully combined with the flue gas from bottom to top for adsorption reaction, achieving the removal of tar, pollutants, etc. from the flue gas again. The carbon powder after adsorption reaction rises with the flue gas through the pipeline and enters the bag filter for gas-solid separation. The captured dust enters the ash hopper, and a part returns to the reactor for recycling, while another part enters the pneumatic elevator through the chute and is transported to the coke storage bin for storage; The clean flue gas is discharged from the outlet of the dust collector, and after entering the rear pressurized fan, it is blown into the chimney to meet the emission standards.
The charcoal powder comes from the dust collection powder generated during the operation of the workshop feeding crane. Fresh charcoal powder is transported to the fresh charcoal powder storage bin of the purification system by pneumatic conveying, and the charcoal powder after adsorbing tar enters the coke powder storage bin

The coke powder stored in the warehouse can be pressed and formed by adding a binder, and then returned to the roasting workshop for further use; It can also be transported to the power plant through the bottom chute for combustion and incineration
