A delegation from the Aluminum Carbon Division visited Hebei Jinko Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd.

    On May 12th, Li Zhigang, the secretary-general of the Aluminum Carbon Materials Branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Zeng Xiangke, the executive vice secretary-general, and Wang Nannan, the deputy secretary-general, visited the Luoyang office of Hebei Jinko Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hebei Jinko"). They had an in-depth exchange with Li Shuyuan, the director of the Aluminum Carbon Materials Branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and the chairman of the company, and other leaders on topics such as environmental protection control and technological innovation in flue gas treatment.

    During the meeting, Secretary-General Li Zhigang reported on the preparations for the 2025 China Aluminum Carbon Annual Conference (Guiyang) and expressed sincere gratitude to Hebei Jinko for its long-term support for the branch's work. In the process of carbon roasting production, the flue gas often contains various harmful substances such as sulfur dioxide, asphalt smoke, dust, and fluoride (when mixed with residual anode), causing serious pollution to the environment. This "roasting adsorption purification+desulfurization wet electricity integration" process technology can efficiently purify various pollutants in the flue gas, meet the environmental protection requirements of ultra-low emissions, and safeguard the green development of enterprises. It is understood that the "roasting adsorption purification+desulfurization wet electricity integration" process technology has the following advantages:

    1、 The circular economy model achieves efficient utilization of resources. This technology adheres to the concept of circular economy, using waste to treat waste and recycling materials. The adsorption raw materials can be flexibly selected according to the actual production situation of the enterprise, such as roasting filler dust powder, fly ash, ball powder or calcium oxide, providing diversified choices for the enterprise. The adsorbed powder also has multiple ways of treatment and reuse, which can be sent to power plants for power generation as fuel (or regenerated by regeneration devices for reuse), returned to the production process as filler, or injected into the back-end desulfurization system as desulfurizer, achieving efficient recycling of resources, reducing production costs for enterprises, improving resource utilization efficiency, and creating significant economic benefits for enterprises.
