On March 27th, Li Zhigang, Zeng Xiangke, Wang Nannan, and others, Deputy Secretary General of the Aluminum Carbon Branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, visited the Luoyang Office of Hebei Jinke Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hebei Jinke"), and had in-depth exchanges with leaders such as Li Shuyuan, Director and Chairman of the Aluminum Carbon Branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, on topics such as environmental control policies and innovation in flue gas treatment technology.

Hebei Jinke was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Botou City, Hebei Province. It is a high-tech enterprise that integrates design, research and development, sales, production, and after-sales service. It specializes in carbon plant roasting desulfurization, denitrification, defluorination, wet electricity ultra-low emission integrated engineering, calcination desulfurization and denitrification ultra-low emission integrated engineering, high-rise black law adsorption purification, and negative electrode material graphitization desulfurization engineering. The company's leading carbon environmental protection products have advanced technology, complete processes, leading equipment quality, environmental protection effects, and performance in the industry. More than 300 units (sets) have been put into operation nationwide, with a national market share of about 80%. In terms of flue gas desulfurization, more than 30 sets have been put into operation in more than 20 well-known carbon enterprises in China.
In this symposium and exchange, Chairman Li Shuyuan emphasized the new "roasting black adsorption+desulfurization wet electricity integration" process technology that the company focuses on launching. The flue gas during the roasting production process contains harmful substances such as sulfur dioxide, asphalt smoke, dust, and fluoride (when mixed with residual anode). This technology can effectively purify the flue gas and achieve ultra-low emission environmental protection requirements. This adsorption purification technology will become the mainstream technology for calcination flue gas purification, and electric tar filters will gradually exit the market.
It is understood that the "roasting black adsorption+desulfurization wet electricity integration" process has the following advantages: firstly, treating waste with waste, recycling materials, and forming a circular economy. The adsorbed raw materials are taken from the dust collection powder of the filling material or scattered dust in the factory area. The adsorbed powder can be sent to the power plant for power generation as fuel (or reused after regeneration by the regeneration device); Alternatively, the calcined coke powder can be directly used, and the adsorbed powder can be returned to the production process. Secondly, the entire system generates no wastewater or hazardous waste, and there is no cost for hazardous waste treatment. Thirdly, improve the backend desulfurization operation and effectively solve problems such as slurry poisoning, difficulty in dehydration of desulfurization gypsum, and yellowing of gypsum. Fourthly, compared to previous electric tar precipitator technologies, black adsorption has the characteristics of low investment, low operating costs, and less maintenance, which can achieve long-term stable and efficient operation. Fifthly, achieve ultra clean emissions of roasting flue gas, and even stricter environmental emission requirements.

Due to the special properties of roasting flue gas, there are problems such as secondary pollution, incomplete treatment, and unstable system operation. We look forward to Hebei Jinke accelerating the promotion and application of the "roasting black adsorption+desulfurization wet electricity integration" technology, helping enterprises solve the problem of flue gas treatment, energy conservation and emission reduction, consumption reduction and income increase, and making new contributions to the green and low-carbon development of the carbon industry.
