On June 4th, Li Zhigang, Zeng Xiangke, Wang Nannan, and others, Deputy Secretary General of the Aluminum Carbon Branch, visited Xinjiang Agricultural Sixth Division Carbon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Agricultural Sixth Division Carbon") of Xinfa Group, and had in-depth exchanges with Wang Ran, Vice President and General Manager of the Aluminum Carbon Branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and other leaders on the operational status and development prospects of Xinfa Group's Xinjiang Company, the progress of Xinjiang Agricultural Sixth Division's industrial layout and new (renovation) projects, and the current status of carbon green and intelligent development of Xinjiang Agricultural Sixth Division. During this period, we visited the factory area, some production workshops, and carbon control center, with a focus on observing the operation of heavy-duty AGV transport vehicles and the operation site of the new "roasting black adsorption+desulfurization wet electricity integration" system engineering.

During our visit to the factory, we took a detailed look at the latest heavy-duty AGV unmanned transport vehicle and its driving route. It is reported that the load capacity of the heavy-duty AGV is about 50 tons, and the body adopts a modular design, including the main equipment structure, drive system, control system, battery, and other auxiliary systems. The entire vehicle adopts a local area network navigation system to complete automatic transportation, with functions such as omnidirectional operation, automatic charging, laser obstacle avoidance, collision avoidance, and edge protection. The application of heavy-duty AGVs has significantly improved the level of production automation, reduced the labor intensity of workers, improved labor production efficiency, and reduced safety hazards in manual operations; In addition, heavy-duty AGVs can replace traditional diesel vehicles, saving tens of tons of diesel consumption per month, saving production costs while reducing energy consumption and environmental pollution.
As a general manager of a large enterprise with a technical talent, Wang Ran has anchored his work goal since taking office: "To do it, be the best carbon enterprise in the country.". Through extensive learning, continuous research and development, and continuous innovation, we promote the upgrading and transformation of equipment automation and intelligence. At present, the sixth agricultural division has achieved intelligent manufacturing of carbon in many production processes and sections. The petroleum coke unloading workshop pioneered the implementation of "intelligent numbering, automatic unloading, and dust-free throughout the process"; Automated, intelligent and precise batching of petroleum coke storage and batching; The calcination workshop realizes unmanned operations such as automatic feeding, automatic temperature control, and automatic soot blowing, greatly reducing the number of workers and achieving balanced and stable product quality; The forming workshop uses leveling robots instead of manual leveling, and the automatic laser coding system for carbon blocks achieves full automatic coding, comprehensively improving on-site equipment, hygiene, and quality standards; The roasting workshop has undergone technological transformation and innovation, achieving unmanned operation and unmanned workshop production. Each team only has two people to inspect the equipment; Anode stacking stack realizes unmanned operation on site; Mature anode cleaning achieves unmanned, efficient, and environmentally friendly operation
Green is the foundation for high-quality development. In terms of environmental protection governance, the Agricultural Sixth Division takes the initiative, actively innovates, and continuously optimizes the flue gas emission purification system engineering, becoming the first ultra-low emission carbon enterprise in China, the first carbon "green factory", and the first A-level environmental protection enterprise in Xinjiang. We focused on visiting the new "roasting black adsorption+desulfurization wet electricity integration" system engineering in the roasting workshop two this time. It is understood that this process technology has the characteristics of advanced and reliable technology, high purification efficiency and stable operation, long maintenance cycle, low operating cost, as well as circular economy and safe operation. It is one of the most advanced process technologies in the industry for flue gas treatment.
